中小企业财务风险控制问题研究---以苏州奥优泰商贸有限公司为例研究分析 会计学专业

摘 要自改革开放后，国内的中小型公司的数量急速增长，迅速成为我国经济的主要增长点，是我国经济发展的新生代力量。现阶段全球的经济处于衰退期，这对多数中小型企业的财务造成了严重影响，导致其出现了一系列的负面状况，企业无法保障其财务安全，部分企业甚至走向破产。鉴于已有研究，笔者对苏州市的奥优泰商贸公司目前的实际财务状况进行仔细分析，重点关注其财务方面存在的风险，并以此为基础，探讨多数中小型企业在其发展过程中面临的共性问题，如财务结构失衡、未设立投资奖励与约束措施等，在相关理论的支持下提出相应的解决方案，如优化中小企业内部的财务结构、设立关于投资的奖励与约束措施等，为我国企业发展提供参考。关键词：苏州奥优泰；财务风险；现状；问题；措施Research on financial risk control of small and medium-sized enterprises -- a case study of Suzhou A You Tai trading co., LTDAbstractSince the reform and opening up, the number of small and medium-sized companies in China has grown rapidly, which has quickly become the main growth point of China's economy and the new generation of power in China's economic development.
