题 目：互联网金融视角下的消费者权益保护 英文题目：Protection of C onsumers’ R ights and I nterests from the P erspective of I nternet F inance 摘 要互联网金融是在互联网与金融活动两方面逐渐发展形成的一种特殊金融模式，在该种模式下金融活动的便捷性与信息化程度相对提高。但是，由于其在信息传递、资金安全、风险补偿和法律保护等方面存在一定的缺陷，互联网金融消费者受到侵害时有发生。基于此，本文通过对金融消费者的界定，互联网金融消费者权益保护存在的问题，对金融消费者受侵害权益深入分析，提出应当如何保护互联网金融消费者的权益，希望能够为我国互联网金融活动提供一定的秩序保障。关键词：互联网金融；金融消费者；权益保护AbstractWith the continuous development of science and technology, the current society has gradually entered the era of Internet. And a series of operating modes derived from the Internet age have a very important role in the development of the society. Internet finance is a special financial mode developed gradually in the two aspects of Internet and financial activities. Under this mode, the convenience and information level of financial activities are relatively improved. However, due to its shortcomings in information transmission, capital security, risk compensation and legal protection, Internet financial consumers are infringed.
