中小企业财务管理存在的问题及对策—以无锡水精灵科技有限公司为例研究分析 会计学专业

摘 要近年来，随着我国经济的发展，中小企业也在不断壮大，为我国国民经济的发展做出了巨大的贡献。统计结果表明，中小企业占全国工商注册企业的99%，产值和利润分别占60%和40%。一个影响中小企业经济效益的因素之一是企业的财务管理水平。近几年来，小人物的平均寿命和中型企业只有三到五年的时间，因为财务管理水平跟不上企业的发展。在这方面还存在许多问题，需要改进。本文首先阐述了中小企业财务管理的意义和中小企业财务管理的特点。然后阐述了中小企业财务管理中存在的问题，并提出了改进的建议。关键词：财务管理；管理制度；财务信息；业务素质ABSTRACTIn recent years, with the development of China's economy, small and medium-sized enterprises are also growing, making great contributions to the development of our national economy.
