北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业设计基于皮革制品衣物箱半导体除湿机设计基于皮革制品衣物箱半导体除湿机设计摘 要除湿机在各领域都相当广泛。目前除湿技术主要有使用空气冷却的方式除湿、使用冷却方式除湿、液体除湿、冷却管冷却的方式除湿以及最后的半导体冷凝法除湿五种。其中半导体冷凝除湿由于噪音与震动小,效果明显,性能稳定,能耗低,不会在外部空间产生凝露等特点,在有一定需求的家庭小空间内更受青睐。它的原理为用半导体制冷片产生帕尔贴效应从而达到制冷除湿效果。本设计通过 STC89C52 单片机,针对皮革制品衣物箱所需湿度值进行设置,并使用外部环境湿度进行监测,从而控制除湿机的自动开关,以达到低耗除湿的过程。同时本设计运用了 Gambit 和 Fluent 进行流体仿真,从而辅助装置设计。同时本设计也制作了实物进行了模化实验,对该装置的实际使用情况进行了测试。最后也对该装置的经济效益进行了简单论述。关键词:单片机;帕尔帖效应;半导体制冷片;皮革制品;冷凝除湿机北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业设计The design of semiconductor Dehumidifier Based on leather goods clothing boxAbstractDehumidifiers are widely used in various fields.
