基于PLC的霓虹灯广告屏控制系统的设计

摘 要霓虹灯广告屏是企业宣传自身形象和产品的手段之一，因其具有强运动性、低能耗、经济实用、寿命长、效果好、制作灵活、色彩多样等特点，广泛应用在生产生活中。本文在阐述霓虹灯广告屏结构和工作原理的基础上，利用可编程控制器通用性强、编程控制容易且广泛、广泛的适用范围、较强的抗干扰能力、高可靠性等特点,设计了霓虹灯广告屏控制系统，基于 PLC 的控制系统较好地解决了霓虹灯开关的调节、闪烁时间和方向，以及如何快速、可靠、操作方便等问题。在论文中首先提出了有关霓虹灯广告屏的设计方案；其次我完成了霓虹灯广告屏控制系统的软硬件设计。硬件部分包括 I/O 分配表和 PLC 选型，软件部分包括绘制流程图和程序梯形图；最后通过系统对所设计的控制系统进行测试，满足了设计要求。关键词：霓虹灯广告屏；PLC；控制系统ABSTRACTNeonThe neon ad screen is one of the means the company advertises its own image and product.
