摘 要苏州随着近年工业园区国际化进程,外企中欧美日韩等健身发达人群引导,人们开始越来越注重健身。新冠疫情下,健身俱乐部的运营受到限制,也使百姓更为关注健身运动。可以说的,当前健身俱乐部的发展机遇与挑战并存。健身俱乐部如果能正确分析环境,充分利用机遇,实现运营模式转型,可能会迎来飞跃式的发展。本文以苏州 HM 健身俱乐部的经营模式转型为案例,分析俱乐部当前发展问题、运营环境,并提出经营模式转型的具体方案,以研究为苏州 HM 俱乐部及其他同类俱乐部经营模式转型提供思路指导,体现出研究丰富同类课题的理论以及,以及指导实践的价值。研究介绍苏州 HM 健身俱乐部经营现状,提出苏州 HM 健身俱乐部发展中存在的经营目标不明确、资源能力不满足需求、经营管理方式落后、盈利模式单一等问题。对于苏州 HM 健身俱乐部经营环境进行分析,基于分析提出发展的备选方案,随后确定应该从现有的直营门店模式转变为加盟连锁模式,并确定公司的经营目标以及具体管理方案;对于公司的经营现状进行改进,从价值定位、资源管理、经营管理以及盈利模式方面提出完善策略,为经营模式的实现提供可能并得出经营模式转型的保障策略。关键词:健身房 ; 经营模式转型;连锁加盟IABSTRACTWith the internationalization of the industrial park in Suzhou in recent years and the guidance of developed people such as China, Europe, America, Japan and South Korea, people begin to pay more and more attention to fitness.
