基于DMC的污水PH值控制仿真研究I摘要污水处理中的PH值控制具有非线性、时滞性、不确定性的特点,这使得PH值控制成为污水处理中的一项难题。动态矩阵控制算法是基于阶跃响应模型的一种预测控制算法,能够有效规避PH中和反应过程中非线性、时滞性等影响,从而实现对污水处理中PH值的有效控制,这对于工业生产、环境保护等无疑具有巨大的现实意义。本文在总结人前研究的基础上,应用动态矩阵控制方法对污水PH值控制过程进行仿真实验,以验证动态矩阵控制方法的优势所在。研究主要针对污水处理中的酸碱中和反应过程,利用MATLAB的Simulink对PH中和反应过程控制进行仿真实验。仿真结果显示,动态矩阵控制算法对PH中和反应过程的控制性能显著优于PID算法,从整个控制的过程来看,动态矩阵控制无需离线辨识,在参数调整上较为容易,具有良好的收敛性和姣好的跟踪效果,另外还具有瞬态反应快、超调量小等特征,有效地避免了PID控制器所显示出的较大时滞性和较大超调量研究表明,动态矩阵控制方法是一种较为理想的污水PH值控制方法,值得在工业生产和环境保护实践中加以应用。关键词:污水处理;动态矩阵控制;PH中和反应;仿真IIIAbstractpHvaluecontrolofwastewatertreatmenthasthecharacteristicsofnonlinearity,timelag,uncertainty,whichmakesthepHcontrolbecomeadifficultprobleminwastewatertreatment.Dynamicmatrixcontrolalgorithmisbasedonthestepresponseofthemodel,apredictivecontrolalgorithmcaneffectivelyavoidpHneutralizationreactionintheprocessofnonlinearandtimelag,soastorealizetheeffectivecontrolofPHvalueofwastewatertreatment,fortheindustrialproduction,environmentalprotectionisundoubtedlyhasgreatpracticalsignificance.Inthispaper,basedonthesummaryofthefront,dynamicmatrixcontrolmethodisappliedtowastewaterPHvaluecontrolprocesssimulation,toverifytheadvantageofthedynamicmatrixcontrolmethod.Researchmainlyforacidandalkalineutralizationreactionofwastewatertreatmentprocess,usingMATLABSimulinktocontrolthepHneutralizationreactionprocessandthesimulationexperiment.ThesimulationresultsshowthatthedynamicmatrixcontrolalgorithmforthecontrolperformanceofPHneutralizationreactionprocesswassuperiortothatofPIDalgorithm,fromthepointofviewofthewholecontrolprocess,dynamicmatrixcontrolwithoutoff-lineidentification,ontheparameteradjustmentisrelativelyeasy,ithasgoodconvergenceandgoodtrackingeffect,italsohasquicktransientresponse,lessovershoot,effectivelyavoidthePIDcontrollerisshowntheamountoflargetimelagandlargeovershoot.StudyshowsthatthedynamicmatrixcontrolmethodisanidealwaterpHvaluecontrolmethod,isworthapplicationinindustrialproductionandenvironmentalprotectionpractice.Keywords:sewagetreatment;dynamicmatrixcontrol;pHneutralizationreaction;simulationIIIII目录摘要......................................................................................................................................IAbstract...............................................................................................................................II1绪论...................................................................................................................................11.1研究目的及意义.....................................................................................................11.2国内外研究现状.....................................................................................................21.3研究内容及方法.....................................................................................................32污水处理中PH中和反应特征及PH值控制分析..................................................
